Cancurables Foundation volunteers
help bring smiles to kids fighting cancer
Cancer is a difficult challenge for people at any age to face, but no more so than kids. Four of our wonderful volunteers decided they wanted to help a group of kids who are currently battling cancer by donating comforting Cancurables neck pillows.
Working with several area Lions Clubs, they were able to raise enough money to donate one to every child at Kamp K.A.C.E. (Kids Against Cancer Everywhere) near Vergas, MN.
Thanks for your help and support ladies!

Thank You Volunteers!
A giant thank you to our fabulous State Fair volunteers! We couldn’t have done it without you. Together you raised more than $50,000 for the fight against cancer.
Special thanks to Kent Hrbek and Randy Meier for signing autographs at our booth! |

Kent Hrbek, two time World Series Champion and host of Kent Hrbek Outdoors lost his mother to ovarian cancer, so this is the second year in a row he has donated his time to come out and help us raise money for cancer research. This year he signed special “Hrbie’s Heroes” bears.
Randy Meier, host of Blueprint for Green also came out and shared his time by autographing special “Go Green and Give Yourself a Bear Hug Bears.”
Both were a huge hit… thanks guys!
